We monitor your competitors and keep your prices in line with other listings in your area, while still making a healthy profit. We also use a “premium price strategy” by offering customers a high quality product and service so they will pay higher prices. These can include welcome books, free and convenient WiFi and visually appealing listings using top photography and home decorating. We price accordingly during peak rental season as it not unusual to charge at least the cost of one month’s mortgage as the fee for one week’s rental during these times. Our housekeeping team will dress your beds in freshly laundered linens, supply essential toiletries and leave your home ‘guest-ready’. We ensure a welcome book is set out with a welcome letter, a small gift for the guests and ensure there is enough of the essentials left for guests to use. The house is cleaned to an outstanding standard and prepared show-home ready for the next guests. We have a gardener and handyman that are available to ensure your house and garden are in tip-top condition at an hourly rate.
