We have a short stay holiday rental ourselves and understand how precious your house is to you.
We guarantee that we will treat your home like we treat our own by ensuring guests are carefully selected and will respect your home and your rules.
We will ensure that your home is regularly maintained and careful attention is paid so that any repairs are reported and restored to working order as soon as possible in consultation with you the owners. This may involve outside agencies eg. plumbers, electrician etc and as such will incur costs not included in our commission i.e. will be an additional cost outside or our contract. You may even decide that you are able to do the work yourself!
We will promote your property and market it to maximise its earning potential and to be highly competitive with other properties in the area.
