Samantha and Steve are owner/managers of their own property in addition to managing other properties and mentoring new short term rental investors. Samantha and Steve own a farm north of Perth and are both teachers and property managers.
My husband and I are the lucky owners of a holiday home in Mandurah on the beach front. The house was bought in late 2018. We renovated it to rent on the short stay rental market. Our passion and excitement for the short term rental market has developed into a keen interest in managing properties for other investors. We also love to share our knowledge to mentor hosts or newbies who are just starting out.
